Conflict coaching is fast becoming an essential part of many organizations trying to build a better workplace environment. It allows individuals in your organization, through one-on-one interaction with a coach, a way to better understand conflict and manage it more effectively. At I & I Resolutions our coaches are your collaborative partners. We will use our coaching skills to ask questions that allow you to explore and find the answers that are right for you. Our philosophy is that you are resourceful and already have the answers. Our focus will ensure the right questions are asked. This is a confidential and voluntary process.

Our coaches will engage in an initial conversation to determine the issues you want to address through coaching. The coach will then work with you to help identify your goals and an action plan to reach those goals. Our role is to assist you in remaining focused and accountable. We will provide feedback, motivation, support & encouragement throughout the process
